While I can help, im not sure if Madgeek is willing to share the Logviewer, it took some begging to get it, for the first year or so I made my own one using HTTPD and just loading the logs into a webpage. Madgeek is the one to ask, if he approves it, I can help setup, or he may give you instructions on how to

You just capture the commands then send it to the page using http headers.

I would be willing to write one for you, but it'll cost ya.
But long story short
2 Approaches; TFM HTTPD Server Host Machine FTP/SFTP
Get a PHP script or something to retrieve the server.log and parse using curl or something. I took the approach of SFTP for mine, but relying on TFM is in some ways better, other ways worse. I believe madgeek's has Redundency that checks if TFM is running.
But, that shouldnt be too hard with enough knowledge.

I think you need to learn Java and HTML. I think you need to know and PHP? Java would help, HTML and CSS is a necessity really when writing something like this, and you will also need to know PHP and possibly Javascript.

Whats the difference between Java and JavaScript? Java the known for everyone, Java and JavaScript is for websites or for anything like The server is now online or offline You need to know javascript to make it to work.
