Alright. (Re)install AMD Catalyst Control Centre. What card did you have before?

It's the wrong driver for your GPU

OR, Just install AMD Catalyst Control Center, or get the driver installer kind of thing to install graphics drivers.

It's the wrong driver for your GPU No it isn't. ATI is AMD. Radeon is a brand name/series like GeForce is for Nvidia. As for the issue, Jamel. If you still have the Windows installation disk, you could use the install disk to repair any issues with the computer. Not 100% sure if that will work though. But before doing that, install AMD Catalyst Control Center. If you already have it installed and it didn't fix it, then check for a new driver. If that doesn't work either, see if you can reset the settings back to default if you changed the settings. Not sure if resetting the settings will work but might as well try. If none of this works then I guess Fraps doesn't like your graphics card. Perhaps find a newer version of Fraps?

I had a similar experience with a radeon. They are bad cards, I had blue screens constantly and it gave me errors when trying to run games
