I was wondering if I should jailbreak my Ipad or not. I was going to download Cydia. I like to update my Ipad to new updates, and like to have a smooth experience, but want to keep everything on my Ipad. What do you think? Also, is it safe to download it here? cydia-download.org . I don't have access to my pc right now.

YES! Makes it so much more customizable; lock screens, toggles (pre ios7), themes, emulators. I say go for it, just make sure you know what you're doing.
Use evasi0n or something.

I'd say only jailbreak if there's specific jailbroken apps that you want. There's no point taking the risk of breaking your iPad if you aren't going to get anything out of it.

....................... BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH
Yeah that site was designed by someone who recently learned English, and you can tell they ripped the pictures straight from the Internet. And you're not gonna get Cydia without a computer. And if you're upgraded to 7.1, you're SOL.

I'd say only jailbreak if there's specific jailbroken apps that you want. There's no point taking the risk of breaking your iPad if you aren't going to get anything out of it. It's almost impossible to permanently "break" (brick) your iPad using a jailbreak tool. Unless you tamper with the bootloader, you will always have a way to restore your device to a fresh version of iOS. (And messing with the bootloader is near impossible to do using Cydia, and definitely impossible on relatively modern iOS devices.) The warranty threat also doesn't really apply, as there's no difference between a device that has been jailbroken and restored, and a device that's been restored but never jailbroken. Final verdict: If you go for it, don't trust any non-official websites to do it for you. The current jailbreaking utility, evasi0n7 (these jailbreak utility names are horrible) for iOS 7.0.x, has to be run off of a PC (Windows, Mac, Linux - it's a catch all phrase), so you'll have to get access to one.

Get greenpoison jailbreak. I used it and it works. Make sure you get a backup of your i(whatever) files before doing so incase you want to remove the jailbreak.

If I were you I wouldn't jailbreak. My friend fucked his iPod up a couple times doing it. Off topic- There's this great app to play GBA games with on the iPhone. Idk if a ROM emulator one of the things you wanted on your phone, but GBA4iOS kicks ass and you don't need to jailbreak. I play firered on it all the time.

Same thing applies with getting a android phone rooted.
