I am posting this thread as a means of helping those who end up crash looped. The cause of the crash has to do with HUD rendering. If you find that you crash every time you try to join, I have found a possible solution. Go into single player or another server, and press F1. This will hide your HUD, including hotbar (this is why it works). Now, with your HUD off, go back and try to join. Important: Do NOT re-enable your HUD yet, as you will probably crash again. This also means you can not chat or press Esc without crashing either. Now, you will need a cracked login, or an alt. Log in simultaneously under a different username, then /ci your main. Now, you can re-enable your HUD without crashing. Alternative solution: There is a console client you can download, and use to connect, then ci yourself from that. This is an amazing idea for the 'crashing' items, I never thought of doing it like this! It's obvious really since the crash is when the graphics can't be displayed. Thankfully on TF we've managed to remove access to (hopefully) all the crashing items, but this will be extremely helpful for when new ones come. Thanks for this - I'll be sure to use this advice in future if ever I crash  |

Of course you are! Only on certain threads like admin applications are there restrictions in place. |

To let you guys know, I currently have no interest in admin here. I really am not active enough here, and I prefer focusing my time on CJ Freedom. This is especially true since I recently got probationary senior on CJ.
