This is just a reminder of how to be a professional admin. Op's, if you wish to become admin someday, follow this list too!
1. Use proper grammar.
2. Spell correctly.
3. No unnecessary/Dirty comments in the shout box on the forums. 4. Help fellow admins/op's. Friendly reminders are great!
5. Be friendly!
6. Don't make pointless threads/posts on the forums.
7. You're the boss over ops. Don't let them boss around you in game, or on the forums.
8. Treat other admins and op's with respect. Don't talk about anyone behind there back.
9. Follow all policies, as close as you can. (Ex. Admin imposter)
10. Do your job. Don't just build with ops or in admin world. Don't forgot you are a Admin representing TF.

I think you should take your own advice and improve your grammar. I've spotted one grammatical error in there. Apart from that, good job. It's a shame however that no one will follow it unless they act professionally anyway.

I'd like to expound on this. It's correct to say that this is a job. And like a job in the non-virtual/real world, you are here to do a task and do it professionally. That includes what the ops can see and what the ops cannot see. I am referring to arguments and uncouth (rude) comments/behaviors I've seen in the admin channel. If you are distracted by such petty things, you are not paying attention, or as much attention, to what the ops are doing. In conclusion, ALL staff members should abide by the professional mentality while on the server/console/telnet to ensure that we are all acting cordial/correctly not just for the server, and not just because the executives have set in place, but yourself as well. It's part of your reputation. And by taking this job, you have accepted such responsibilities.
I do enjoy your list, Sportguy, but just to let you know, rules 1, 2 and 6 are redundant.

But 1 and 2 are different.

12. Do your job. Don't just build with ops or in admin world and forget why you have the title as "Admin".
In this part it looks like you are telling people to forget why they have the title, it should say "And don't forget why you have the title as "Admin".
