VoxelSniper and WorldEdit have some similar features, however each plugin has a set of functions that are unique.
WorldEdit has advanced scripting capability and the ability to save and load builds. VoxelSniper has terraforming tools that are much more refined than those of WorldEdit, however it will not save and load builds like WorldEdit does. Also, the region selection features and replacement tools in WorldEdit are much more precise than those of VoxelSniper. For lack of a better description, I'd call WorldEdit much more "mathematical".
If VoxelSniper wasn't closed source, I would be running it on TotalFreedom. However, I can't mod it to be "compatible" with how TotalFreedom operates.
