I love how all the supers think just by doing a guide will give them a leg up for telnet. The only one I've seen put a lot of real effort and time was Kingdragon's summarized rules.

What if we actually genuinely like helping out for none other than the server's benefit though? I guess I do it because I like to feel as though I have given my own input into the server, and that people appreciate (to some degree) what I make. I'm not even considering Telnet at the moment as that's a long way off, so it wouldn't be for that.

I think it's kinda unfair that people start assuming that we're doing it for promotions, because that does put me off the idea of making more if people start thinking badly of me for helping out.

I do understand how it would seem from a higher position, such as yourself, though.
