I have read the pre-application checklist and i meet all of the requirements.
2. What is your Minecraft name and time zone where you normally use Minecraft (e.g. GMT+1:00 or EST). Your Minecraft name must match your forum name or your Minecraft name must be in your forum profile.
My Minecraft name is StationaryHotDog and i normally play MC in the timezone GMT + 0:00 (United Kingdom, London)
3. What date did you first join the Total Freedom forum (e.g. 1 Feb 2016)?
I joined Total Freedom a couple years back (2-3 maybe) although i have just recently joined forums last year.
4. What describes you best - choose one (student, employed or unemployed, or retired)?
Out of those 3 options, Student describes me best.
5. Do have any skills such as artistic design, coding, computer security, etc? (Yes or No). If Yes, provide detail.
I have skills in Artistic Design (Graphics Design e.t.c) . I can draw and animate things on digital software or on paper. Aswell as this i am Learning Coding in my class, so i should have some more knowledge on that.
6. How often can you be on the server to perform administrative duties? State either daily, several times a week, once or twice a week, or less than once a week. We realize that school or work will rightly prevent constant service.
I can be on the server all week for about 6-9 hours each day. On weekends i could put in about 9-12 hours depending on what i am doing at that weekend. On weekdays i can put in 6-9 hours each day after 4:00 PM (Uk time)
7. Names of admins that will directly appoint or recommended you (make sure they PM you the recommendation to avoid being accused of false recommendations)?

8. Are you a member of an admin crew (yes or no)? If yes, state which crew and how long have you been a member of that crew.
I am part of LC (Lion Crew) This is hosted by Lionnco, i have been a member of that crew for about 2 month and i have been trained
9. Do you have a family member or friend that shares your Minecraft account or a Minecraft playing family member with their own Minecraft account who might use our server or forum? (Yes or No). If so, are they presently an admin on our server? (Yes or No)
No, my family don't play on my PC Or play the same games as me.

I have 14 valid grief reports on the forums.
11. What personal qualities do you have that would make you a good admin? (answer with a short paragraph)?
I have several personal qualities that i think would make me a good admin. I have been trained in a admin crew so i know a lot of the commands, and as well as this i have opened up my own server where i practice commands on there. Another quality (Unique to me) is that i love to socialise with players, i like to help those players and make sure the rule-breakers don't spoil their day. As well as helping i am more than happy to punish the rule-breakers that don't follow /rules. Becoming an admin gives me a whole new opportunity to help others.
12. What continent do you live on? (e.g. N. America, Europe, Asia, Australia/Oceania)

13. Does the site namemc.com reveal that you're a past TF admin and/or somebody that is perm banned by name? If Yes, please state your past identity as you are not protected by the TF change of identity policy.
I was a admin for about 3-4 days before my SPaS Was revoked, so it might say something about that in there. But it does not reveal that i am perm-banned because, well ... i am not.
