12. Do your job. Don't just build with ops or in admin world and forget why you have the title as "Admin".
In this part it looks like you are telling people to forget why they have the title, it should say "And don't forget why you have the title as "Admin". Fixed.

I'm sorry but unless like I said markbyron removes some not so needed stickied threads I highly doubt this will get a sticky.

I have done some trimming of announcements and stickys. For this post though, I moved it to Crew HQ and made it a sticky.

I'd like to expound on this. It's correct to say that this is a job. And like a job in the non-virtual/real world, you are here to do a task and do it professionally. That includes what the ops can see and what the ops cannot see. I am referring to arguments and uncouth (rude) comments/behaviors I've seen in the admin channel. If you are distracted by such petty things, you are not paying attention, or as much attention, to what the ops are doing. In conclusion, ALL staff members should abide by the professional mentality while on the server/console/telnet to ensure that we are all acting cordial/correctly not just for the server, and not just because the executives have set in place, but yourself as well. It's part of your reputation. And by taking this job, you have accepted such responsibilities. I do enjoy your list, Sportguy, but just to let you know, rules 1, 2 and 6 are redundant. Fixed. But 1 and 2 are different. Actually, they aren't and here's why; grammar is the spelling of the vocabulary used in a sentence. I believe maybe you were trying to say to, one, use proper grammar, two, use proper sentence structure?

I like this list, people who match this kind of criteria are usually my favourite admins. Thank you Sportguy for making it

Yeah I don't like any of this. Everyone has different methods to being professional, and everyone has their different judgement on the definition of professionalism. There shouldn't be a set list of how an option should be renounced as a statement that speaks for others.
